Who We Are
At UC Riverside, learning happens both inside and outside of the classroom. An education here is rooted in dozens of exceptional major programs, led by extraordinary faculty members whose aim is to support and empower our students. Within all majors, students and faculty, alike, don’t just answer problems — they create meaningful solutions with the potential to impact the world.
What We Do
There are many ways to give back to the Highlander Community. Our seven Schools and Colleges are always looking for featured speakers, panelists, and mentors to share career advice and personal and professional insight.
Alumni volunteers are an invaluable resource for current students in similar disciplines. There are opportunities for alumni who have years of experience in their field, as well as recent graduates who are at the beginning of their post college journey. Students benefit greatly from hearing about the many career paths available to them.
By volunteering your time, you are providing students with the knowledge and encouragement they seek as they embark on the next chapter of their lives. You are also inspiring the next generation of alumni to give back!
