Calling all alumni! 

Join the Office of Alumni Engagement on Thursday, May 23, 2024 to welcome our senior Highlanders into the alumni world! Come celebrate their success and upcoming commencement and welcome them to your networks!

We ask all volunteers to arrive an hour early (2 p.m.) to set up their alumni chapter/network table, and to bring your table runners (if you have them) with you. Consider creating a short mini-game, or including an incentive for our Highlanders to subscribe to your social networks and sign up for their digital membership to the alumni association. An E-Z Up canopy will be provided, but sun protection and a reusable water bottle are suggested.

Time Commitment: 2 p.m. - 5:30/6:00 p.m.

Location: UCR Bell Tower

Parking: Parking will be available for volunteers in Lot 1, provided that you submit your license plate in the volunteer response.

What to bring: Sun protection, bug protection, a reusable water bottle, any giveaways you'd like to hand out, any flyers/handouts, your blue ALUMNI VOLUNTEER shirt / Homecoming 2023 shirt (to wear).
